Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our facility in Rohini, Delhi, typically within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Every batch is date-stamped and batch-coded before it ships.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive an email update once your order ships.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders over ₹1,500. Orders below that are charged a flat ₹99 shipping fee at checkout.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at checkout alongside online payment via Razorpay.

Packaging

Products are packed to protect freshness and prevent crushing in transit. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything looks damaged.

Delays & issues

Occasionally weather, courier disruptions, or remote locations can delay delivery beyond the estimate above. If your order is significantly delayed or hasn't arrived, reach out and we'll look into it.
